In response to customer demand, we are happy to introduce a convenient "My Account" system on HumboldtMfg.com to better serve customers in our online store. By creating an account, you can now save time during ordering online by having billing and shipping information automatically filled into the checkout process. Saved shopping carts, shopping cart sharing and order history reports are all included features of opening a Humboldt My Account.

Saved Billing and Shipping Info

If you place multiple orders at HumboldtMfg.com, you'll want to take advantage of saving your billing and shipping information. When creating a Humboldt My Account, simply fill in your frequently used billing and shipping address and the next time you place an order this information will be automatically filled in for you! During checkout you have the ability to edit any information that may have changed and apply those changes to any future orders as well.

For your security, credit card information is not saved to your account profile. As has always been the case, Humboldt Mfg. Co. will never rent, sell, share, trade or in any way divulge your contact information to any outside firm or individual. Read our full privacy policy.

Saved Shopping Carts

Do you frequently order the same set of products or supplies from Humboldt? Have you ever filled your shopping cart with items but weren't quite ready to checkout until later? Now you can save an unlimited number of shopping carts to your profile when you open a Humboldt My Account. Simply add items to your shopping cart and, while logged in to your account, you will be able to save all or selected items to your profile. The products, quantities and subtotals of your cart will all be saved to your account until you need them next. Organize your saved carts by naming them according to project or specific use, and you can edit or delete old saved carts you no longer need.

Share Shopping Carts

Now you can email your saved shopping carts to colleagues, friends or coworkers with a Humboldt My Account. Easily create a saved cart (explained above) and you'll be able to send an email with a link to the contents of your cart to the recipient of your choosing. This is a frequently requested feature that we are happy to implement, since many of our customers choose what products their company needs but are required to pass the order to another department for final purchasing.

Shared shopping carts can also be used as a way to forward a "wishlist" to a friend. Who wouldn't want to unwrap a Humboldt HS-5001EZ Nuclear Density Gauge as a gift on their birthday?!

Order History

When you open a Humboldt My Account, every order you place through our online store will have its details archived to the Order History section of your profile. This will help you quickly reference past orders and product numbers, and each order features a convenient printer friendly receipt version for your own archives. Only orders placed online after you create a Humboldt My Account will be added to your order history. You must be logged in when you place an order for it to be listed in your account.

You can still checkout without one!

For those who only place the occasional order or do not wish to take advantage of the account features, you can still place an order on HumboldtMfg.com without opening an account. When you click "Checkout" on your shopping cart, simply choose "Checkout Without an Account" and you will continue the Humboldt online checkout process the same familiar way you have in the past.
