Min/Max Alarm, Digital Bottle Thermometer

Certified bottle thermometer monitors critical temperatures in ovens. Bottle probe filled with sand medium. An audible alarm will sound when the temperature rises above or goes below the set point temperature. Each thermometer serialized and is certified and traceable to NIST Thermometer probe is housed in an unbreakable plastic bottle filled with a buffering media, which maintains the thermometer reading when the instrument door is opened.
